How can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed, it is usually processed quickly to ensure timely production and delivery. Because each piece is handmade and prepared individually, customers cannot amend their order directly.

If you need to make a change, such as updating your address or adjusting an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered production or been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, amendments are no longer possible. However, you can return the item once it has arrived following our standard return policy.

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it begins processing shortly after to ensure timely completion and delivery. As each piece is handmade and prepared individually, we are unable to cancel an order once production has started.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the status and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled before production begins.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

How do I return an item, and who covers the cost?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us to arrange the return. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary details for sending your item back.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know right away. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns, such as a change of mind, the return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly and confirm by email.

Can I order a customised piece?

Yes, we’re happy to offer customisation on many of our handmade ceramics. Whether you’d like a specific glaze colour, a personalised inscription, or a particular shape or size, we’ll do our best to bring your idea to life.

As each piece is crafted by hand, please note that customised orders may take a little longer to complete. Once we confirm the details, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe and cost before starting your order.
