Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us at lindanny073@gmail.com before sending your return, so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our pieces are handcrafted and individually glazed, slight variations in colour and texture are part of their character and not considered faults.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any used mugs or cups.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care when packing each order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your mug for a different style or colour, simply let us know when you get in touch — we’ll be happy to help, subject to stock availability.


Additional Notes

Please ensure items are securely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in return transit.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
